The terms that govern use of our website and our medical billing services.
By accessing our website or engaging MedClaimia for billing, coding, credentialing, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
MedClaimia provides medical billing, medical coding, accounts receivable management, provider credentialing, and reporting/analytics services to independent healthcare practices. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate service agreement between MedClaimia and the client practice.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information — including patient encounter data, provider credentials, and payer details — needed for MedClaimia to perform billing, coding, and credentialing services. Delays or inaccuracies in information provided by the client may affect claim submission timelines and outcomes.
While MedClaimia works to maximize clean-claim rates and minimize denials, we cannot guarantee any specific reimbursement amount, approval outcome, or payer decision, as these depend on factors outside our control, including payer policies, patient eligibility, and applicable regulations.
Fees for services are set out in the applicable service agreement or engagement letter. Late or non-payment may result in suspension of services, as further described in that agreement.
MedClaimia handles Protected Health Information (PHI) in the course of providing billing and coding services on behalf of client practices. Where required, MedClaimia and the client will execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) consistent with HIPAA requirements governing the use and disclosure of PHI.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and the MedClaimia name and marks — is the property of MedClaimia or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, submitting false information through our forms, or using the site in a way that could disable, overburden, or impair it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedClaimia will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services, beyond what is expressly agreed in a governing service agreement.
Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the terms set out in the applicable service agreement. MedClaimia may also suspend or restrict access to this website at its discretion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, unless otherwise specified in a signed service agreement.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
